I hardly ever talk about speculating what the SP may be on a day, but from my experience of such placements to sophies,

(1) the sophies can sell and usually will have sold before settlement if they are existing holders and have enough shares. They do not wait till after settlement when others (who are new on the register) may also start selling.

(2) they generally don't sell for less than 10% or 15% (quick) profit, that translates to 14c-14.5c.

Now, this does not mean ppl will not sell below this (as there may be panic un-seasoned holders), but their volume is unlikely to be significant.

Volume is the key, not the SP in itself.
