No doubt these conversations have been ongoing with the institutional investor/s regarding the CR, if the company played it out as you say I’m sure the investors would start to look elsewhere to spend their money??
It doesn’t help IMM doing a CR at lower levels and management have skin in the game so they’re diluting themselves also?? so clearly they have little power/leverage though this process and are getting bent over as a result.
