I disagree, if the administrator bother monitoring the market sentiment of IMMP on the US market from March, then the strategy I suggest would work like charm.

Daily trading on big volume with high momentum, and could easily Lifting IMMP back to the stable level of $1.6-1.8USD range, and that equivalent to 25-28c for CR if required.

Administrator lack of skill and confidence, relying too much on BP advices, repeating the same reactive planning process for their annual miro CRs with unavoidable conflict of interests. Couldn’t management hire some creative and confident new blood Administrator or CFO for a salary package of $250k + stock option ?. I believe that is what we are lacking off atm.
