Probably a smart play. I expect there would be stimulus packages involving infrastructure spending once the virus crisis impact has subsided. That will benefit LLC and l have a sense that LLC is now preparing for it on top of the strong project pipeline that is already planned.
It could take a year or two. So I suspect it is a question of survival, consolidation and long term preparation. Anyhow, will be watching for clearer signs over next few weeks. This just my opinion, DYOR. Great to see BOD purchasing shares, that will give investors some confidence.
