Yeah, Market Index has those numbers, provided by Morningstar in August 2019.
LendLease was raising $200M from their ~63,100 shareholders, that's less than $3200 each. $200M would be filled by just 6,666 $30k allocations.
Looking at NAB's SPP results, they had a 25% participation rate with an $18.2k average application amount. The same rates applied to LLC shareholders would engage 15,775 shareholders and raise about $287M.
LLC management could refund 30% of that to get back down to $200M, but they have left themselves open to accepting more or less. Not long until we find out.
