An 8.2% discount for a dilution to raise market cap by 8%, so guess that does makes some sense. Not that l'm impressed by this move, During a bear market with plenty of risk for global companies going forward, characterised by withdrawn guidance.
I was in positive mood about buying more stock, but now will need think very carefully about accepting the offer. Will be interesting to hear what other holders think.
