The SP would have been higher we would have had less dilution but on the other hand we wouldn't have the opportunity to buy cheap shares , l certainly will participate if there is a SPP.
The share price has been capped at this low level as everyone is expecting a CR , both brokers covering OSL mention it in their reports , once the CR is out of the way the SP will rise steadily .
