Thanks. I expect the sales opportunity numbers are similar to those that have been tossed around for a while now.
Regarding US, need to be know whether this is referring to the orphan indication they may receive for bile duct cancer which is small market , or whether it’s the pancreatic cancer indication. They got “breakthrough” designation for latter but would still need to run pivotal, likely a randomised control trial. Unless they negotiate something with FDA that allows premature approval subject to some agreed early endpoint, completing and approval of a full pivotal in 2-3 years is very optimistic IMO. We need to see the trial design and where they intend to run it.
