Sirtex was bought for circa $2 billion. OSL has circa 630 million shares on issue. Even with the cap issue of circa another 200 million it will be around 830 million shares on issue. Allowing for another cap raise some time in the future that would be around 1 billion shares on issue.
At $1.20 that is still $1.2 billion market cap. Still way below Sirtex. So, it is entirely possible for OSL to mimick Sirtex valuation but it will take time. Could take 5 years. But it is certainly possible that OSL one day could have a $2 billion market cap or more. It all depends on your time frame and risk appetite. Wilson’s has a value of $1.2 in circa 3 years time.
