The last CR sought to raise $12.7m with two thirds met by instos, the remaining third a SPP for retail. This time around approximately $20m is the ball park figure with perhaps a majority cornerstone investor component. This is obviously a significantly larger amount and to me would indicate the greater capital required for upping or re-tooling manufacturing capability to meet an initial market entry campaign.
I’m hoping next week’s announcement includes some sort of information regarding if indeed this forms part of the directors intentions.
