It’s unusual for CE Marking to be awarded prior to relevant completion of trials, particularly for medical devices. This can also be verified easily through online resources.
This is indeed what has occurred with the Oncosil device...Oncopac1 completion date January 2021, Panco June 2020.
Perhaps some aspect of the trials is so compelling that BSI decided to award it ahead of time to get the product to sick people.
