This will be interesting because as soon as they have the money from the cap raising and they already have Ce mark etc they are instantly valued at much more than the current SP in real terms so I wonder what management will ask for... The time is weirdly very right to do this with a bank loan and only issue shares to cover off interest payments for the next 2 years. With current interest rates and all this covid stuff it’s actually a really good plan if funds don’t come to the table at a reasonable price, I would even ask for a premium, but that’s just me
