Need to look closely at SP between now and close of SPP. Analysts see NCM overvalued compared to peers, and I would want to see NCM trading around $21-$22 and the SPP pricing at those levels before I add to my holding

Note that Cadia mine will progressively return less gold in the next few years, and NCM surprised me too to not take up a stake in the SuperPit.

Compared to my other gold holdings in Newmont, NST, EVN and even PRU, NST has disappointed greatly over the last five years in terms of SP and dividend. DYOR
