The risks in Africa have been well covered on the AVZ threads, management track record is another thoroughly discussed issue. My question was more specifically towards your concern regarding your 5x dilution calculations.
I am genuinely interested in other examples on the topic you raised, if others have examples please share. I just assumed there would be other cases studies you had looked at to demonstrate that 5x is unacceptable at this stage. In order to respect the risk here, it would be handy to have something to refer to, other than an assumption that 5 x is an issue.
