Collateralized with fancy paperweights?
The only reason we’re talking about a “Pro-rata accelerated entitlement offer” is because they specifically mentioned it in the quarterly filing. Not because it is by any means a good or the best idea.
I really don’t see any assets they could put up as collateral that would be liquid enough for anyone to accept it. Especially not with the $40 or $50 mil they need to raise.
