There is a deal or cash on the horizon, and conditional on either is the appointment of new board members or CEO to over see any funding or deal...….

Otherwise, to call a trading halt to announce a new appointment or board member is extremely odd and not the appropriate use under ASX guidelines...… I am amazed they let that request go through as it was, unless they do not have sufficient numbers on the board to trade, EG less than three still on board.....
