Given the current issues with the global economy and the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, if they've managed get some or most of these options underwritten then that is miraculous indeed. The SP is 20c and the options are at 20c so even if there has been some sort of sweetener it still suggests that existing key share holders are betting that the future SP is appreciably higher than 20c or they wouldn't bother otherwise. So if they've managed to grab say $1m or so, that is $1m more than you might have expected. Let's wait and see until Friday but this sounds like a brilliant event and a very good vote of confidence for the team behind K2F. DYOR.
