    Shouldn't the Aus Confec aquisition be in a KTD ann already?

    Aus Confec Equipement for protein bar manufacturing? Decent size facility. What exactly are we buying. I'm sure that facility is a lease so are we moving tge equipment and cintinuing to run Aus Confec brands. You would think we could lise the distributiin deaks if we aren't producing for three to six months.
