Arie Nudel isn't mentioned anywhere. I reckon he got a payout and has to keep low till his non compete is up.
Moving forward though, who's taking up the CR offer? 0.31 cents is tempting, but I can't invest anymore into Keytone sadly.
One of their main investors is a private fund, maybe BOD deliberately tanked the share price to give them a better foothold. Hopefully we're about to rocket up, but I suspect that will be in 2021 at the earliest.
