Hi Jersey. I guess our own version of reality also comes down to interpretation too. Time will tell whether either of us is correct!
I am wondering though, why are you still a holder? Sure, we're in a TH at present, however 4 of 5 of your points were known to you before the TH for the CR. If you really believe the company is so bad you'd be a whole lot better off selling out at 30c than getting nothing. You should have a decent opportunity when it starts trading again. Should come back somewhere between 31c and 34c IMHO.
My guess is that you're unfortunately too much like me - I have held on plenty of times when I was certain a company was doomed, but hoped I might get lucky and get my $ back anyway. Almost never did I get a meaningful amount back. I am not convinced that my $ are history with KTD (quite the opposite), but if you are convinced then may I suggest you sell out at the first opportunity and protect your capital. That would make you a much faster learner than I!
