It seems KTD is getting a Sollich machine to produce bars from AusConfect. I just looked up a price for a used machine and it would retail at Euro 450.000 and was made in 1993. So for a very new assembly dated 2019 perhaps 2.5 Mio AUD is perhaps ok or a good deal.
On a different note, the MD holds more than 25% of the shares. Why would he be intend to dilute? or trying to sell at a takeover at a steep discount as someone suggested?
