    there is no extra details other than what is already on the emails. Only one question came out questioning why the ZERO price free options to the directors, the reply was the same on the proxy paper - to align interest as shareholders but at zero price? so it was scarily useless.

    all the motions was passes but most of against votes were about 42% at the time except for name change at 30%. Formal results will come out today but it confirmed the damage was done.
