One thing for sure, they seems to be desperately trying to fill the placement. Emailing me everyday like they're selling viagra.
I wont be taking up the placement for various reasons.

Generally when the SP is under the cap raise price it may still be attractive to a big buyer as they simply couldn't get enough stock on market without sending the price higher. Given this raise is so small i cant see it being attractive to anyone. When you could have bought 23million shares at market below the cap raise, you don't need to be a brian surgenoust to leave this one alone. Market is on to this one.
