looks like a few director will end up on the top 20 list you are right. This is a wake up call to the board and it’s backers that it won’t take much to turn the flock against them judging by the most recent vote numbers from the AGM. This is ripe for another party to come in and secure 10-15% of the company and team up with the disgruntled to oust the board over night. Will be an interesting year I feel for KTD, the board knows this and would be the reason they all stuck their hand into the kitty jar early before they get spanked for doing so next time.... IMO
