It is my personal experience that when a capital raising has occurred inevitably the share price will fall back to that price during or shortly after the CR. So a higher price is better for us all. I also interpret the announcement as funding the existing (under construction?) distribution center and not a new one and the aim to free float to 30% is very desirable not just for liquidity. I would love to know but cannot find just at the moment what the qualification to ASX300 requirement is, as this would open up industry fund entry which would be huge, as I (like many others) would love to throw all my super into Dicker Data.
