Has there been any news on the VC compensation case in the UK (600gbp)? I have not seen anything come out yet in way of an announcement whether that was still being pursued . They opted fora tribunal and I know from past experience that this can take some time but I think action was launched 18 months ago.
Honest question and not biased either way with MXC - just curious.
