London and Singapore are the two international commercial dispute tribunal locations and the case was being held in the UK as MXC was registered there and the contract was signed with VC and the MXC UK office.
Yes, a lot of us bought MXC on that news - I believe you did too at the time.
Anyway, still leaves the question of whether anyone has heard anything about the case.
