Yes, I bought into MXC at that times, silly me, ain't I?
What I mean is it probably not legally enforceable to get VC to pay for the compensation. It is a bit like US demand for compensation from China governement for the Coronavirus upheaval that it originates, but I doubted Chinese government will pay lol.
Also, at the end of the day, who knows how much assets VC possess? May be it just an empty shell company!
By the way, is VC still operating as a business?
