Yes - I get your point. However, in this case it is different than dealing with China or the US. The tribunals are commercial bodies where both parties agree in advance to abide by the findings (there are no appeal mechanisms) and that comes under international law - and South Korea abides by these rulings - and I think when this was being discussed in the past, some poster gave out info that VC actually has significant assets as it is involved in other enterprises in SK. Wish I could remember more about it.

Anyway, be good to know how that is going - the case certainly started. As MXC made that announcement via ASX, they would be under disclosure obligations. I do notice that the original notification is not on the website though the notice in Dec 2018 when the $1.3mil compensation was announced still is. As I said, very curious about it as it was the deal that got me interested in MXC in the first place.
