Yes, If I encounter ponzi scheme or dodgy business practice I will speak up. It is like when you saw someone (even a stranger) walking to the blink of the cliff you will shout "watch out your steps". Or will you just remain silence and let the people fall off the cliff and thinking "it's none of my business"?
