Wow this company never ceases to surprise me..... I started commenting on this stock 3 weeks ago with the sentiment of SELL after watching a series of what I saw IMO were eyebrow raising moves. Moves that clearly also raised the eyebrows of ASIC.
IMO there have been a lot of ethically and morally bankrupt moves made by the CDY. If I was a SH would I be claiming Unconscionable conduct? Hell yes!!
The sad thing is there is just not the SH money at risk here, there are also lives at risk too. I am sure if you were a company that was in the AFR for trying to import dodgy tests then that would shut down your crdibility long term and so it should!
If I was them I would close the company down or rename and rebrand. IMO only way they can recover. I would also bring in a new CEO.
