if you were going to raise a lot of coin for the drilling but already had enough cash to proceed on certain targets why give it away especially with a rising share price.
my guess..... you want in, you pay.

must have been an outside offer given they already Raised cash, you don’t purposely do something twice in a month.
oh let’s raise some cash, oh let’s do it again WT really who does that.

no I think they were approached by someone or something that wanted in, in such a case my response would be, “you want in, you want a major portion, you pay or you walk, it would not surprise me if it’s higher than 0.01 maybe even twice that.
