What the sale will do will allow management to sell some of their
Large holdings that have swelled..
Collect and gain from all their incentive shares.
Set themselves up with some nice payments...
Good luck too them..
Both companies have done a great job...

I still see AQG as being delisted and no merged company taking its place..
If that is the case it is wise to sell before delisting..
Otherwise it could be hard to sell..as others have found out..
