    Alacer being absorbed, management to be sacked. Maybe CEO and some board members remain, but not for long. No synergy benefits. For this take over, AQG shareholders will receive zero premium. Why would we agree to this? Because Institutions like bigger more than better and will go for the low risk increased earnings multiplier of a bigger gold mining company?
    I dislike the Americas as a mining jurisdiction. Australian investors given short shrift. I'll be selling. All IMO.
