Looking at the closing price of Alacer on the Toronto exchange...

Looking at the closing price of Alacer on the Toronto exchange overnight (CAD8.30) our share price here should open be around AUS9.12 at the current exchange rate. Comparing SSR on the NASDAQ we come to a similar price. SSR closed at US18.09. We get .3246 of this price which equates to around AUS9.07.
It should be interesting to see how our share price responds.
Personally I don't see a lot of merit in the current offer. I'm looking forward to another "suitor" coming along before July.
