Can’t see any mention of synergies. You’d think part of head office costs would be reduced? But looking at AQG costs we’re only around $11m. So not a lot of synergies.
This is going to become a cash cow. Still git a lazy combined balance sheet, but maybe there is a plan to leverage the bal sheet with another acquisition once this has gone thru.
What’s the SP expectation. Mine is a $10 open minimum.
