Hi Cato, the formula for pricing equity post a capital raising as I understand it is below as an illustration. Unfortunately the share price should change post an equity raising barring any other news =( I took the half year net debt position (cash less borrowings) a negative informing a negative balance. I am sure the below isn't exact but it illustrates the fundamental theory of equity raising leads to a different price post cash injection.
