Perhaps Trump/Team USA has told them if you want to play big in the US there needs to US strategic interest & benefit in what you're doing...just a musing.
Also note that Pluristem did an insto CR at $9.45 on 5/5 (with minimal dilution) and finished the week (8/5) at $9.89 (albeit off the back of its P2 trial ann, which appears to be inferior to MSB's trial on a number of fronts)… i'm feeling positive whichever the outcome
