Today's TH wording:
the trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed equity financing;
While the wording is a little different, it probably equates to the same thing ... "equity" could indicate someone wanting in and as long as it is for a 'purpose'
Long wait for some, especially if you are short and it turns out to be an impressive announcement like a 10% stake in the company by a big pharma to assist in purchasing a manufacturing facility at a premium to the closing price on Friday .... LMAO
