Interesting wording.. we will just have to wait and if it is indeed big pharma arriving then we will get a valuation metric and it could surprise to the upside
If it is just a raise, then it will be minimal dilution because at around $3 they only have to issue 60M shares for $200M that's a whole lot better than 200M shares at $1 for $200M
At this point, there is very little indication of which way this goes but given current circumstances, I feel quite positive about it
