I dont see how you would highlight bad results during a CR as all info must be disclosed.
I dont see why you would do a CR just before good results are announced nor can you do with interim results undisclosed.
I do see why you would if you knew results were looking good and needed a lot of extra money to gear up, or
Big Pharma is making an equity offer.
