Humor is a wonderful tool to hide all kinds of emotions. And make no mistake, the extroverted emotions from holders don't even seem a fair match to the undercurrent emotions from non-holders. Seen it all before, nothing new under the sun.
And pointing out the behavior of newbie mums and dads here as evidence of emotional investing does not change the investment thesis. Mums and dads, whether through fluke or good judgment, make good investments in biotech, on occasion. Again, anchoring bias gets in the way here for 'serious' investors.
