Pure speculation, but IMO, the 'fundies' with the major shorts are still trapped, they've missed out on another CR, and they're vocal about not being happy.
How can anyone interpret a CR for $100mil in such uncertain economic times, as anything other than prudent? Hardly call it - Disappointing, delusional, disgraceful. Far out, that's some pretty emotive language. Where was all this negativity last CR?
