This was never going to happen at a premium that line of thinking or questioning has to stop imo (particularly for a biotech seeking production for a not yet proven or FDA approved product). Negotiation is a two way street... and a 7% discount is actually quite substantial imo. The blaster will be well positioned for successor or failure at the behest of recent investors in the short term...
