Last capital raising halt the language "proposed financing" was used. Not a huge difference with "proposed equity financing". We will just have to wait and see. I can't see it being an Insto + retail offering. Best hopes a large equity raising via some large Insto', but more likely an institutional placement given Friday's price action.
