MSB'ers…..if you're unsure about this TH....do yourselves a huge favour and 'google' equity financing. This is not increasing debt.....it's selling a share at an agreed price of the company. It doesn't have to be repaid. I would think that given the pipeline of recent news combined with the pipeline of news soon to be released...this is not a distressed sale. I'm thinking this is good news...….
