Todays announcement is a very interesting one and there has been a lot of speculation as to why MSB needs equity financing.
The definition of equity financing is "the method of raising capital by selling company stock to investors. In return for the investment, the shareholders receive ownership interests in the company."
On the surface of this definition we may ask the question why does MSB require funds? With equity financing, you might form informal partnerships with more knowledgeable or experienced individuals or companies.
