To me, the timing of this CR does speak volumes of managements confidence of the project. I am basing that on the fact that the last corporate presso they highlighted they had enough cash or liquid assets on hand and had not done a CR in 9 years. Unless its a too good to knock back deal, I question why do one now? It maybe a case of a 'bird in the hand', but the timing seems off to me.
To me, the timing of this CR does speak volumes of managements...
