Just a way of giving brokers some cheap discount shares, while everyone else has been solidly buying on market at prices often well north of $1.05 cents.
Probably the reason it was pushed down yesterday by 12.4% , gets it closer to the price they had already agreed upon and makes it look a bit less smelly.
Would be good to know what sort of Svengali-like hold these 'fund raisers' (parastic brokers looking for cheap discount shares) have over companies, and what sort of inducements they offer to get management to see things their way.
