Or an offer too good to turn down? Directors have skin in game and TG has his balls deeply submerged, would want anything else detrimental to the company. Opportunistic, yes, turnarounds yes, not good for the company, No. Going full ball at Pyramid Hill and Julimar may need more money than initial planned for because of the size CHN is going to get. Planning to go forward into a billion dollars company, some plans may have to be altered for the good of the company, thus the shareholders. I still have plenty of faith in the management.
